A PERFECT COOKING
Bring the water to a boil, add coarse salt, and add the pasta. Once the water returns to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for the time indicated on the package, stirring frequently. The foam that forms during cooking is a sign of the product’s natural ingredients; remove any excess foam with a skimmer or a spoon. Toward the end of the cooking time, check the pasta’s texture by tasting it, then drain, season as desired, and enjoy.
